2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and Refunds

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow our policy: self-paced courses include a 14-day refund if under 20% progress; live/hybrid cohorts allow refunds up to 7 days before the start date.

4. License and Access

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials.

5. Acceptable Use

No infringement, reverse engineering of our platform, or attempts to bypass access controls.
No unlawful, harassing, or harmful conduct.
No automated scraping without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and branding are the property of MysticWave Floristry or its licensors. You may not use our marks without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. You are responsible for complying with local regulations and safety standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MysticWave Floristry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud. Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms will cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting updates on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
